In January 2020, the need for a trusted refurbished product marketplace on the internet was realized during internal brainstorming meetings at the company. Dr. Rahul Tagarya continued to explore the Refurbished Industry.
The company then conducted market research, leveraging its technical team. As an IT company, it was decided to organize this industry using enterprise-grade technology built in-house.
